Beta Tau Chapter
My name is Daniella Higdon and I am the Chapter President of the Alpha Phi Beta Tau chapter at Indiana University. I am absolutely honored to be able to lead the most incredible, confident, and talented young women on campus. I feel blessed to be part of such an amazing assemblage of young women who continue to inspire me to be the best student, leader, and person I can be. The friendships I have made in my first year of being an Alpha Phi sister will last me a life time. Through hard times and good times I know my sisters will always be there to support me. We are proud to be members of Alpha Phi and want to ensure that future IU Alpha Phi’s feel the same pride as we do today.
As a chapter, Beta Tau strives to emanate what it means to be an Alpha Phi by our dedication to scholarship, service and leadership development. While our members also pursue individual interests and are involved in various organizations and clubs around campus, we all know that we can come home to endless love and support at the end of the day. Our diversities, from backgrounds to majors, are what make our sisterhood at Alpha Phi truly special.
On February 24th, we will host our annual spring philanthropy, Red Dress Gala. This night includes a silent auction, music, and socializing! All proceeds go towards the Alpha Phi Foundation benefitting Women's Heart Health. We hope to see you there!
